SHIPPING POLICY

PERISHABLE FOOD PRODUCTS: Please follow all storage and preparation instructions on product page and on packaging.  

Some of our products are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice to ensure they arrive in great condition. The exterior of the box will be identified with warning precautions. Dry ice handling: avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing and avoid breathing mist or vapor.  

FULFILLMENT 

We ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays via 2-day service. Orders received after 9am Wednesday will ship the following Monday.  

  • Each order purchased through Pearl Meat is shipped direct. 
  • All orders are shipped via a Preferred Carrier. Once an order is picked up by your Preferred Carrier, Pearl Meat is not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost packages. We will do everything we can to work with you if you report a delayed, damaged, or lost package directly to our customer service team via email.
  • Each product sold is packaged individually and shipped in its own container to ensure freshness.  
  • Depending on your location your package will ship via your Preferred Carrier.
  • Orders are not able to be delivered to P.O. Boxes. 
  • Customers in Alaska & Hawaii will have shipping calculated at checkout for their Preferred Carrier.
  • Any delays in shipping regarding carrier outages, product shortage and / or weather delays will be communicated by our customer service team.  

CANCELING OR MODIFYING SHIPMENTS

All orders can be canceled or modified prior to the shipment. We must be contacted directly to process any order modifications or shipping corrections within 12 hours of placing your order, as there may be additional fees applicable. During peak periods, due to heavy volume of orders and inquiries, there will be no cancellations once the order is placed. Peak Periods – November 1 through January 1. If you need any modifications to your order, please contact customerservice@pearlmeat.com and we will do our best to assist you.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipments are picked up Monday through Wednesday by 6pm EST. If after that time you are still not able to track the package, please contact us via email customerservice@pearlmeat.com

HOLIDAYS – FULFILLMENT CENTER CLOSED

Our fulfillment center is closed the following holidays and will not be shipping any orders. If you place an order that would be shipped on this holiday, it will be shipped the next available shipping day. Thank you.
