Our turkey breasts are marinated, basted and seasoned. Then slowly oven roasted in our state-of-the-art smokehouse ovens.
Only when the proper temperature is reached and they are cooked to a golden brown are they removed and sent to our chilling rooms. When they reach the proper cool down temp they are immediately sealed locking in the home cooked rich turkey flavor.
These turkey breasts are great when used for a carving station or sliced at the deli.
